Values
Before prohibition, local breweries were often fixtures in their communities as both employers and creators. One of our hometown’s original brewers, Peter Bub, once said, “What Winona makes, makes Winona.” For us, being a craft brewer means that our product is the measure of our quality as a business. Further, we believe that by crafting great beer we create an opportunity to foster great community.
