Big Boy System Release - Skipping Stone Saison

This lightly hopped pale originates from the French speaking region of Belgium. Hazy gold in appearance. Its special yeast is responsible for a majority of the flavor and aroma. Notes of fruit, citrus, and pepper can be experienced throughout drinking this beer.

ABV. 6.4%

 

Big Boy System Release - Pils

Light lager brewed with Czech and British pilsner malt and our signature Pilgrim hop.

ABV 7%

Pilot Series - Pomegranate Fizz

Extremely lightly malted pomegranate fizzy drink. Easy drinking and refreshing.

ABV 5%

Pilot Series - Oatmeal Rye Milk Stout

Available early November

Dark sweet stout that is almost black in color. A malty beer with a light milk chocolate flavor and a smooth creamy finish.

Estimated ABV. 5.6%

 

Big Boy System Release - Double IPA

Available early November
Built on the backbone of our Lost Compass IPA, this double IPA is twice dry hopped with a dash of Citra hops and a generous helping of Simcoe hops.

ABV 8%
 

Island City Winter Seasonal - Vanilla Dunkel

Available late November/Early December

Vanilla from JR Watkins (local).  Available in Taproom and in 750ml Holiday Gift Packs at Hy-Vee and Midtown.
Dark German lager. Amber in Color. Smooth malty flavor with a hint of Winona's own JR Watkins Vanilla.
